Flux FM serves to Witney, Carterton and the surrounding towns and villages.
We've been around for more than three years already, but we changed because you told us to.
In a few weeks we will be applying to OFCOM to get a permanent community radio licence so we can broadcast on FM all the time.
Flux FM gives young people a place to get involved with matters that affect them, it plays the music you want and we talk about the kind of things you care about.
We are involved with local schools and have a great relationship with Abingdon & Witney college, in fact, if you want to get involved yourself, why not get in touch.
You may not be a presenter, but you might be a reporter or a sports commentator. Flux FM and it's partners can help with the skills.
This Is What We'll Do For You
Flux is on air and online every day playing music for our generation (so no Cliff Richard).
We won't put your Mum and Dad onair, they've already got their own radio stations.
Our website will be growing every day, and you can write things for us about what matters to you.
We give our listeners a chance to make programmes or suggest new ideas.
Weekends evenings, we let local DJ's loose on our decks.
If you are in a band, why not send us your demo, if you are any good, we'll play it.
We won't play 'wedding disco cheese' or music you hear on your Nan's gramophone.
We'll always cover your school, college or local club's results... and that's all sports too.
